Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks has been a strong advocate for improving healthcare access and reducing costs for seniors on Medicare. She has focused on lowering out-of-pocket expenses for seniors with chronic conditions by working to reduce prescription drug costs. Additionally, she supports simplifying the approval process so seniors can get the care they need more quickly and with less hassle. Miller-Meeks also backs adjusting Medicare physician payment rates to keep up with inflation, ensuring that seniors continue to have access to quality care and the physicians they rely on.

Congresswoman Miller-Meeks understands Iowa farmers and producers feed and fuel the world, and that food security is national security.
